1、 Suggestions for SMT production process in small factories
1. Suggested component assembly method:
1) Single sided solder paste welding: Explanation: Single sided welding and double-sided welding are basically the same in the production process So the selection of processes, equipment configuration, and personnel ranking are basically the same In actual production operations, the A-side is welded first, and then the same process is repeated. The settings of the tin printing process and reflow soldering machine are adjusted relatively to weld the B-side.
2、 SMT equipment configuration
A. Tin stamping part:
1). 1 manual printing machine
2). 1 scraper (tin paste mixing knife)
3). Steel mesh (customized according to your company's products)
4). Tin paste (patch adhesive)
Note: When double-sided welding, a positioning plate needs to be added to the printing machine, and solder paste with the same melting point can be used.
B. Surface mount part:
1). 10 artificial surface mount pens
The general speed for manual patching is 1/2-3 seconds per person, and in mainland China, it can be designed to place one component in 3 seconds.
